Marko Bohaček advises clients in corporate matters, specifically involving mergers and acquisitions. He has also extensively participated in commercial litigation and arbitration, especially in shareholder disputes and has guided clients in various legal matters in relation to capital markets, as well as investment project realizations in Croatia.
Marko received his Master of Laws degree from the University of Zagreb, graduating as one of the highest ranked students of his year. He has also gained international experience by spending a term at the esteemed University of Maastricht, and during his studies he also completed one semester at the College of Business at the City University of Hong Kong.
