Laurenz is a leading Croatian lawyer focusing on international M&A transactions, takeovers and complex corporate restructurings in the energy, retail, IT, infrastructure and private equity industries.
Laurenz regularly advises large public and private company clients in connection to SPA, SHA and JV agreements, particularly focusing on buy-side mandates in M&A. He also heads the German Desk in advising German-speaking clients. Laurenz received his Magister Juris from the University of Zagreb (summa cum laude) where he was ranked first in class, and his LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School, focusing on corporate law.
