Pavičić recently published a paper in the leading Croatian law journal „Pravo i porezi “. The paper discusses the concept and legal nature of the share transfer agreement (STA) under relevant Croatian law and court practice. In that regard, the paper sets out the essential assumptions for an STA’s validity and offers practical suggestions regarding certain standard STA provisions. The paper also provides an analysis of Croatian courts’ case law on STA issues.
