CFE Professional Affairs Conference 2022 on Targeting the “Bad Apples”: Enablers of Tax Avoidance

The discussion was focused on the Commission’s upcoming proposal for a revised Directive which seeks to address the role of intermediaries in designing and encouraging tax evasion and aggressive tax planning in the EU.
