The financial services industry includes regulatory matters, M&A, loan financing, acquisition financing, project financing, real estate financing, restructuring and insolvency, products and export financing, and local tax (VAT) issues in project financing.

Our team of lawyers provides legal advice on variety of financial matters in the banking, investment funds, leasing, and insurance industries – on the regulatory field as well as during the execution of transactions. We represent our clients who are lenders or borrowers/guarantors at all stages of a financial transaction, and we act as local or lead counsel, from negotiation and execution of security documents to signing and closing LMA-standard facility agreements adjusted to Croatian law.
