Monika Rakitničan

Monika is mainly focused on advising clients in various aspects of insolvency, real estate, commercial law and debt collection, with emphasis on legal matters stemming from touristic and industrial sector. Monika is also actively advising both domestic and foreign clients in various types of transactions, from project financing to loan negotiations, and M&A.

Monika gathered an extensive experience by representing domestic and foreign clients in bankruptcy, enforcement, land registry and litigation proceedings arising from all areas of business, as well as in labour law disputes.
